Senior Splash Artist for League of Legends
职位描述
Job Description
负责各种英雄联盟项目的美术风格和题材，设计并完成各种宣传图的绘制，包括但不限于插画、KV宣传插图、过程CG等。Define art styles and thematic directions for all League of Legends-related projects, create and deliver all types of promotional artworks, including illustrations, key visuals , cinematic process renders and more.
根据项目需求，把控统一项目风格，全流程独立完成高质量的插画绘制。
Manage and unify the project's visual style according to requirements, independently completing high-quality illustrations throughout the entire production process.
需要监修团队制作，统筹团队人员工作安排，把控项目风格，保障项目质量和进度。
Oversaw team production, coordinated task assignments, ensured consistency in project style, and maintained high standards of quality and timely delivery.
研究共享绘画知识，带领团队进步。
Research and share artistic knowledge to lead and promote team growth.
职位要求
Job Requirements
6年以上插画经验。
Minimum 6 years of professional illustration experience.
能高质量的完成不同风格下的单人美宣图、登录界面、多人宣传海报等。
Able to deliver high-quality promotional artwork in various styles, including solo character illustrations, login screens, and group promotional posters.
具备丰富的插图实践经验和深厚的美术功底，具备较高的分析、评价能力和审美素质。
Possess extensive illustration experience and a solid artistic foundation, with strong analytical and evaluative skills as well as a refined aesthetic sensibility.
能够把控多种美术风格下的角色设计需求，高质量完成需求的同时监督团队美术制作质量。
Capable of managing character design requirements across multiple art styles, delivering high-quality results while supervising the team's artistic production quality.
具备责任心与良好沟通表达能力，能清晰传达设计理念。拥有优秀的团队合作与领导力，并具备耐心和抗压能力。
Responsible and communicative, able to clearly convey design ideas. Strong teamwork and leadership skills, with patience and resilience under pressure.
能够处理多个项目并保持较高效率，具备良好的时间管理和组织能力。
Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high efficiency, with strong time management and organizational skills.
优秀的学习能力和自驱力，能够在工作中不断提高美术专业能力，主动研究或学习新的技术带动团队进步。
Strong learning ability and self-motivation, continuously improving professional art skills on the job, proactively researching and adopting new techniques to drive team progress.
对英雄联盟IP有一定了解和喜爱，参与过官方英雄联盟插画绘制者优先。
Have a solid understanding of and passion for the League of Legends IP, candidates with experience contributing to official League of Legends illustrations are preferred.
